TENANT PROCEDURES & GENERAL INFORMATION

 

Dear Residents, Welcome!

We hope the following information can be useful for you with new apartment and building policies. 

RENT

Rent is due on the first of each month! We encourage you to take advantage of our online tenant portal to make rent payments. We strongly prefer this system over physical checks which as too many have been lost or delayed by the postal system.

MAINTENANCE

To report any maintenance problems, please use the tenant portal to let us know. 
In case of any emergency after business hours such as flood, no heat, or no hot water, please call our office where you will be directed to an emergency answering service. The manager will be reached directly. 
NOTE! Window covering and light bulb replacement is the tenant's responsibility.

UTILITIES

Heat and hot water are included in rent price. Upon move-in, you will need to set up any separately metered utilities, such as gas for the stove, electricity, phone, cable, and internet access.

In accordance with the Building rules and regulations, satellite dishes are not allowed.

STORAGE

If you wish to rent a storage space, please contact the office for more information. 

PETS

There are no pets allowed in the building.
